The Refund and Returns policy of SPARKS are given below:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items:
    1. Gift cards
    1. Downloadable software products
    1. Some health and personal care items
  3. Customers are requested to check the product from our shop while purchasing. No replacement will be provided after purchase is completed and products are delivered. Warranty service will be provided based on the product’s warranty policy.
  4. For online purchases, If any manufacturing fault is found, customers have to communicate with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  5. For the change of defective products, the customer will have to pay the applicable courier service.
  6. The refund procedure may take 3 to 15 working days or longer based on unavoidable situations.
  7. Bkash/Nagad/POS charge may be deducted while processing the refund
  8. Customers are requested not to receive any product from courier service if the package is found damaged or broken. SPARKS will not consider any complaint if such conditions products are received from courier service.
